B2Gov is an Argentina-based data intelligence startup founded by Paola Diegues and Marcelo Blanco and later accelerated by Corrupción Cero (CAF, Globant and Rewired). Using the Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS), B2Gov ingests and structures millions of procurement records across Latin America to turn scattered government data into timely market intelligence.
Summary
Since 2020, B2Gov has grown into a working platform with 250+ users and ~30 corporate clients. Its dashboards, automated market studies and granular search tools help companies spot opportunities, benchmark prices and map competitors across markets like Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Costa Rica—making public procurement accessible to firms that previously didn’t compete.
Challenge
Public procurement is large but fragmented: thousands of portals, inconsistent formats and low interoperability mean companies spend huge amounts of time hunting tenders and lack reliable price and competitor benchmarks. That opacity keeps smaller suppliers out and concentrates opportunities among a few informed players.
Solutions
B2Gov cleans and standardizes raw procurement feeds into OCDS, tracks updates intraday, and delivers alerts, price references and tailored market reports. Accelerated by Corrupción Cero, the platform reduces search time, improves bidding decisions and broadens competition—turning messy public data into a practical advantage for businesses across the region.
